Pulling what's left of my hair out!
I recently recovered from a computer crash (again) and have been reinstalling all my software. When I tried to reinstall Microstudio 4.006, using my Registration Email address and Registration Code directly from my billing information sheet, it stated that something was wrong and it was already on two different computers. This is the only computer that it was ever used on. When I first purchased Microstudio 4.000, I tried to install it on my old Windows 98 computer, but was not successfull. So it only went on my (new at the time) XP computer. I tried to access my order history to confirm my code numbers, but it would not accept my password, and since I no longer have the same email address as before, I couldn't have them look it up and send it to me since it would go to a non existent email address. Please tell me how I can resolve these problems. Thanks

Please click this link to see our private Support Ticket form. Scroll down to find the form. Enter your name from the order you have, and the order number. Also, if you can give us the CPU Name you entered on the computers when installing MTU software, that would help. When a computer crashes, if our software is installed it is frozen on that computer and we must delete that record. It is always best for this type of request to submit a Support Ticket versus post like this in the Forum. |
