WMP Ripping Format

My daughter is stationed in germany in the U.S. Army. She sent me some great german folk music cd's. I want to make backup copies, and put the originals away. Staying with WMP, which is prefered WMP Proffessional, or WMP Lossless? My mom has an older CD player that won't play mp3 or even wave. She wants to hear them, so it's gotta be WMP. Thanks in advance for any suggestions....George

George you can use WMP or Microstudio then burn them to new CDs. Both programs when you burn audio files to CD they are burned in CDA (normal audio disk format).

I seldom dupe a regular music audio cd. I have little time to actually sit down and listen to a produced music cd. Thats why i thought i'd ask. Thanks again dale for helping me out. George
