No Response To My Support Tickets / Emails/ Chat Line
Hi I had just moved Hoster onto my new laptop about 4 weeks ago, and the graphics card has failed since in the new laptop which meant windows had be reinstalled as it did not allow me to remove Hoster first.
I sent a Support (6356) ticket 8 day ago but no reply since No one answers the phone if called, no reply to any emails sent and no reply if using chat line. Sorry but this is useless support service when needed urgently! I can\'t work if Hoster is not running ... this so far has cost me 4 bookings. if this is the new level of support your offering then it\'s time for me to find some new software to use that is supported. |

I just found your ticket in spam, but there was no transcripts in the chat, under your email address.
You can reinstall the software now.
