I have the original 45 rpm when they did it after the super bowl win.
I am die hard bears fan.
Converted it to Mp3 into BPM Studio Pro For my DJ System.
Be glad to send you the MP3 file.
Sorry but can't part with the record.
You might try Ebay for the record.
Don't think it was ever put on a disc.

Good News, Ebay has three items for sale, Cassette, DVD, and the 45 rpm record, not bad prices either!
Just search with ( Superbowl Shuffle Chicago Bears ) and you will find it.
