Unhappy

As previously suggested by ADMIN, I checked the ASPI version level and verified all components are 4.60 (1021). So, now that the ASPI has been eliminated as the "usual suspect", why is the REFRESH button the only one active on the PLAY TAB?????

The problem is the DirectX version needs to be updated. You need to have version 7.0a or higher.

You can check your version by doing the following: http://www.mtu.com/support/microstud...-notes.htm#MS1

I have eMailed my client with the necessary info to get DirectX 8.0 from Microsoft. I will post again when she has done this and verified that it solved her problem. Thanks

Just realized a real simple reason why Play will also not work - you must have an audio card installed in the computer. The Play Tab features are grayed out and non-functioning without an installed card.
