If you get a message that your writer or reader is unable to get the TOC (table of contents) it is probably the same problem that I had, the reason for the problem is most likely that the aspi drivers are either incomplete or corrupted, so if you get this message the you need to get the latest aspi drivers from adaptec at ftp://ftp.adaptec.com/software_pc/aspi/aspi32.exe once youve got them double click on it to install the new aspi drivers and reboot your pc after installation it should then work ok.

Hope this is of some help to anyone who may have the same problem.

There is a bug in Microstudio V2.303 that causes the Read TOC to fail for some users. This is being fixed right now.
