I JUST PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED MICROSTUDIO 2.315 AND IT WILL NOT DETECT MY PLEXTOR PX W2410TU IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME

i just wanted to let anyone know that mtusupport emailed me a patch that i needed and everything is working fine now thanx
