Installshield Quits Prematurely when updating to 2.611

I have Microstudio version 2.400 and am trying to upgade to 2.611 but Installshield drops out after about 3 seconds. I have deleted all temp files and cookies and also deleted the Installshield folder under program files/common files. I have also re-downloaded the 2611 file twice as I thought it may be corrupt. I have searched the forums but have yet to find an answer that works.

ANY IDEAS????
