putting program on new laptop

it is prob, answered on here hundred times, but i do a search and it gives me back nothing, i just want to take my program off the mtu rugged pc and put it on a laptop i bought, i do not have the new upgrades and do not want them, all i want is my hoster for backup on my new laptop.
