WHEN I PLAY A SONG I SOMETIMES GET A JUMP IN THE SOUND AS IF DISK IS DAMAGED COULD THIS BE CAUSED BY SCRATCHES ON DISK OR IS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE SPEED I READ AND WRITE THEM I AM USING VER 2.03 NO OTHER PROBLEMS SO FAR

Question This has not been reported before

I would first suspect the disc.

1. Have you played it in a Karaoke Player?

2. Have you made a Duplicate Disc Tab copy of the disc? If you have, then I wouldn't expect that scratches are causing the dropped audio.

I suggest you upgrade to Microstudio V2.303 now, or wait about 2 weeks and get the next upgrade with some reported bugs fixed. If that doesn't fix the problem (if it is our software) then we will try to work with you to reproduce the problem at our facilities so we can debug it.
