Question Assistance required

Hi

I have just purchased Microstudio 2.610 software but after downloading/installing coming up with serial number not matching registration information.

I have Windows XP - any ideas

The only thing that could cause this is that you don't all of the windows updates. Run all of the Windows updates and then remove the software, then reinstall it.
