Do you have a D drive partition
If you don't have a D drive partition, this could be the problem. This was one of the things fixed in Microstudio V2.312. Do you remember what version you had?

Please make sure that your D:\ Drive is not the CD-R or CD-Rom drive or you will get this error. Make sure that you are writing the image.bin file to a physical hard drive and not to a CD-Rom or Recorder.
