Gettings an error

I am trying to import a couple new discs and am getting a
SetOutputFilename Failed! error message that pops up on each track. When I click ok, it then continues to finish importing. I haven't ever seen this before, any ideas?

Only thing I can think of would be a Read Only file or folder. Or possibly a non-usable charachter in the name.

I could see that on maybe one track, but it does it right before each song. Since it was a custom disc (which I have several - and this one was in a group of 4 from the same company & the other two didn't have any problems) I had to manually key in the titles/artists. So not sure. Again, i've never seen this one.
