Lame.dll

I downloaded that program as instructed and was going to install it in the "c/windows/System32" folder...lo and behold, I don't have a "System32" folder. I have a "System" folder and it has a bunch of dll programs, so I put the lame.dll in that folder. It didn't help. I still don't have zip support with songverter. Where should I put the program??

You have a System32 folder, but it is hidden.
To allow you to see it you have to do the following steps:
Open Windows Explorer
Click on Tools tab, then click on Folder Options.
Across the top find and click on View
Find the line "Show Hidden Files and Folders" click on circle to activate it.
Uncheck the next two lines below that and answer YES to warning message.
At the bottom click on Apply.
Then click on OK and again OK on first window.
Now find the folder Windows on the C:\ drive and click on the "+"
Look down list for System32 folder and copy the Lame_enc.dll file there.
