Plextor 708 and 716 drives fully supported in Microstudio 2.610

I have installed a new Plextor 716A in my HP Pentium 4, and have upgraded my microstudio program V2.315 to Microstudio 2.609--but the Plextor drive says "No" to Karaoke in the Microstudio Program. What do I need to do to make this work? Thanks, Barb
