Lost registration code for Microstudio 2.517

Hi. I downloaded Microstudio version 2.517 earlier this year which has been fine but over the last few weeks I had Windows problems and had to format my computer and unable to get access to e-mails (including MTU email). Because of this I am now unable to install Microstudio again and also unable to upgrade to the newer version.

Can you please let me know what my registration code is (I can supply the e-mail address as I am still using the same one), and if possible could I upgrade to the newer software version.
