crashed hard drive
i crashed my hard drive on my main computer. (what a bummer that was), i now need to reinstall microstudio on this machine. how do i get it reinstalled. i get a message that it has been installed on 3 machines already and to contact support, (i have reinstalled it 3 times on this machine,) i have and no reply for 2 weeks now. someone please help i have all the documents to show i purchased this program and i am the registered user.

You just took the best step towards getting support. Read here http://new.mtu.com/support/customer-support.htm regarding the reasons why the forums are your best means of support as compared to emails. This will have to be handled by MTU, as none of us in the field have access to your information. Wish you had posted sooner instead of waiting two weeks. George |

Help me understand... I see three entirely different registrations on different computers. That's the problem.
There's Rick, and Minimgr, and MomButch.... Microstudio is licensed to run on one computer, with two backups for you to use in upgrading. They're used up. The question is how, based on what you are saying. I can assure you it is on at least 2 different computers. Please explain exactly what you did to your 1.469MHz system.... |
