Talking MTU is Great

I just wanted to thank all the people at MTU.

All their products are great and I've had fantastic experiences with their support. I'm really kind of new at this and they helped every step of the way. Most times I have my e-mails returned within a couple of hours (not days like most software support groups).

Keep it up MTU I'm a loyal customer!!!!!!!

Cool Thank you for being such a good customer!

It always makes us feel good to get a "thank you".

I must say that sometimes we get bogged down and can't answer quite as fast as we did with you. Also, we are finding more and more that email is becoming less reliable for communicating. We often do not receive an email or ours that is sent out is not received by our customer.

This is why we are now pushing everyone to use our Forums for support. You can see when you post a question that it does appear, and then MTU and our honored users who frequent these Forums can answer it.

The Forums are always the best way to communicate. Also... we show we have nothing to hide. We are human and sometimes make mistakes.

Our customers are also human and sometimes make unreasonable demands.

We try to laugh in both cases!
