Microstudio upgrade e-mail

I have paid for 2 Microstudio 3.000 (Order Number: 47541, Order #47087 ).
I have not received the E-Mail for the upgrade as stated in the Forum. E-mail address is wtmorrison@yahoo.com. Please correct.
