cd&g

can someone tell me why when i make a copie of a cd&g that it plays fine on one karaoke player and on another player it leaves garbage.

Several factors could cause this problem, however the most likely is the reading laser on player #2 or the subsampling rate(s) on player #2.

For example: A disc made on a Plextor 16/10/40A burner @ 16x might play just fine on a JVC or RSQ or Pioneer player, BUT it will NOT play fine in an AS-222 player since those players are designed for much lower rates.

The same disc burned at a slower speed (1x) should play fine in all players including the AS-222. But 1x is not fun to use.

If you're burning at a fast rate (48x or 54x) then try it at a much slower speed and see how it works.
