Post Making permanent play lists

I am trying to re-use play lists that I saved off earlier versions of MTU and the 4.0 isn't reading them. I have saved those off as .lst files on previous versions. I am trying to re-set these up in V 4.0 and am not successful.

To clarify, it is reading the main default folder, but I want to save into separate playlists. I want to click on the list and have the songs come up and v 4.0 start playing all the songs in that list.

Does this make sense? Can anyone help?

Edit time ran out while I was re-posting.

Microstudio has never read .lst files. Those are files assigned to Karaoke Home Producer to be able to save works in progress for editing prior to exporting as CDG/BIN, at which time the .lst extension was changed to CDG/BIN for playing in Microstudio or any other Karaoke player.

You can do what you wish by creating sub folders within your default folder, and moving your CDG/BIN/KMA/MP3/ZIP tracks into whatever folder you wish. To play a particular group of tracks, you'd click BROWSE, navigate to the sub folder you wish, and open it.

The tracks you wish to play should be there.

A workaround to be sure, but it should get you by until MTU makes a determination on your request.

I was wrong there. Had KPR files on my mind...sorry. Not a time for multitasking mentally.

The rest should work for you. Gotta install 4000 and check it out also. Been using 2611 until I finish a project.
