#5954 Registration Failed, Open ticket, no response, one week
Hello,
I am a hoster user; the computer crashed and I had bitlocker on it. I have backups so I reinstalled windows and restored all data. However I am unable to register hoster because it is already associated with the previous operating system installed on the computer. I submitted a ticket a week ago to disassociate the registration key so that I can re-register it but the ticket has gone unanswered. http://help.mtu.com/helpdesk/tickets/5954 I had a show so I followed the instructions and sent a text with my name, email, and last four digits of the registration number but I did not receive a response. I also sent an email to Bryan directly. When I attempted to log into my account to check the ticket status it does not accept my login. I attempted to reset the password but I am not receiving a reset email. I receive other messages so I know my email account is valid. I am posting this to get more visibility on my ticket. Presently I must use virtual DJ instead of hoster for my shows. |
