Question BA Player and Itunes

I have have been trying to add songs from Itunes into BA player and they won\'t add into the playlist. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried dropping and dragging and adding through BA player, but they won\'t add.

Re: BA Player and Itunes

What format are they in ?

I don\'t have iTunes myself but believe they use a .m4a extension or m4. The BA player only accepts .mp3 or .wma formats. So the only way they will play in the BA player is to convert them preferably to mp3.

iTunes files can be converted to mp3. I should search google for how to do it.

Re: BA Player and Itunes

As Roy Stated, the format is the issue I am sure. Apple uses .m4a or mp4 audio files. You need to have these in mp3 for the Background Audio to play them.

You can find free converters out there such as this one. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/to-m...57051963?mt=12
