Re Hoster not installing

Hi my name is Svendsen, i have dowloaded hoster 4.02 onto my friends computor, i did have it paid for downloaded & installed on the 9th August 2008, i did today 29th August 2008 paid for an upgrade of hoster to 4.03. But the download will not install message saying that the registration code is wrong, even though it is correct!. i then unistalled the hoster 4.02 that was downloaded on the 9th August 2008 then wanted to install it again thinking this would then allow me to upgrade with the latest paid for download, but now the origimal paid for download will not install message reads registration no incorrect.I have all the account details & everything is correct, what can i now do to get the original 4.02 download installed & the upgrade to 4.03 installed
