"Default project folder creation failed" message

I just downloaded Microstudio and when I click on my desk icon I get the message "Default project folder creation faile."

It is necessary to click on this icon 3-4 times before the program opens.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but the problem still exists.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
