Audio Problem

Have brand new Lenovo Laptop with windows 10 and current version of Hoster installed. Everything works great if I play off laptop for graphics but once the HDMI is plugged in to TV the sound goes away. Any suggestions?

Re: Audio Problem

This is MTU’s answer from FAQ:
http://blog.mtu.com/uncategorized/vi...dmi-port-to-tv.

I personally disable the HDMI sound out. Then those settings cant get overwritten.

Right click on the speaker icon on task bar and select sounds, select the playback tab then right click on the HDMI output. From the dropdown menu select Disable then Apply and OK.

You may need to have the HDMI cable connected while doing this. This only stops the audio sound does not affect the picture signal.
Hope that Helps.

Re: Audio Problem

OK, Was you connected via the HDMI sauce at the time of selecting the playback tab ?

Anyway try this: while the playback tab window is open right click on a blank area within the dialog and another menu should appear, tick boxes for “show Disconnected Devices & Show disabled devices” and apply re- open and it should show the HDMI.
