Custom Assembly Tab does not work in 2.103 or earlier

In versions 2.103 and earlier, before you can add song tracks in the Custom Assembly Tab (all operations do not function until a project is open), you must first do one of the following:

Click the New button to create a project file where you store your songs.

Click the Open button to open an existing project on the hard drive.

In V2.303 a Project is created automatically when you click the Custom Assembly Tab, not requring you to click either of these buttons.
