Plextor PX-W5224A Signaling After Every Track

I am a neubie at this.
My new Plextor PX-W5224A makes an audible tone (like an British Ambulance) after importing every single track.

It's driving my wife crazy.

I've poked around to see if it is an option I can turn off, but can't find the "Turn this annoying tone off" button anywhere.

Would appreciate any help anyone can offer..

There is no way to turn that Beep off. This is in the Spec to be done, but currently there is no way to turn it off.

This feature will be added to Microstudio 2.518 (or 2.519 if our beta testers find any problems). We should start testing this mid next week. If there are no problems, we would release within 2 weeks after that.

Hello,
I run Microstudio on 2 computers at home, for convenience and safety.
I've had hard disks fail before.
One extremely good reason for being able to install MTU products on more than one computer.
Now one beeps after every number the other one doesn't.
If the beep is built in surely they should both beep?
Just a thought.
