Problem with discID

Version 441.00. every time I try to import Karaoke disks to my hard drive the program asks for a Valid DiscID. I have tried everything listed in the manual and nothing works. Tried on many different Karaoke disks. How do I get around this DiscID?

Thanks:
Doug

Re: Problem with discID

I have not used it for some time but It seems to me it was part of the enable database lookup function. This no longer seems to functions.
Originally putting a disc in would automatically populate with the artist and titles.
As this function no longer works as it was from an outside source the Disc Id feature is redundant.
It seems you have to put something in this field but it can be anything you like even just hit the spacebar.
But word of warning you must fill in the Artist & Title fields manually before importing or it will just keep overwriting the same tracks.
