Only prints TITLE
I\\\'ve finally decided to print some new song books after about 15 or so years. I ticked By Artist, Last Name First, The/A At End and Entire Songbook. I went to View Song Book and instead of starting with the artist, it started with the title. I even changed By Artist to By Title and it still stayed the same. I went back to By Artist and opened View Song Book and it was still By Title. I know it\\\'s been a lot of years but is there something I\\\'m doing wrong or forgotten to do???
Thanks, Ernie |

Re: Only prints TITLE
Are you sure you selected BY Artist ?
When you select the By Artist radio button does the field selector below that change to Artist ? The only way I can see that it would print wrong is if you imported with the wrong define field order. Do the songs appear in your playlist under the correct headings ? Are you using Microsoft Word for viewing the results ?

Re: Only prints TITLE
These characters appear after entering Apostrophes ’ or Double Quotes “ ” . it is a fault with the forum, a cure has not been found as yet. Each time you Preview your post they double up. The ones I printed are special characters slightly different but look the same.

Re: Only prints TITLE
After you have created the file do you view it by pressing the View Songbook Button or do you brows to a file on your computer ?
I’m wondering if you are opening a songbook from an earlier version that stored the file in a different location so you are opening the same file every time. The new Songbook.rtf is in this folder: C:\\ProgramData\\mtu.com\\Hoster by default. It is always the same name and is overwritten each time you create a new songbook. The ProgramData file is normally in a hidden location. The easiest way to find it is from the Tools menu/Hoster Datafolder. then look for “SongBook.rtf” it must be the one with the .rtf extension. Hope the helps.

Re: Only prints TITLE
Roy, I always use the View Songbook Button. I checked the SongBook.rtf and it is also in title.
Thanks, Ernie |
