Will not install - fixed by downloading again to get complete file

I purchased Keyrite online the I clicked on download that part worked. Then when I clicked on Keyrite setup all I get is null is not a valid Win32 application.
What is going on here did I get ripped off or what. At this time I am not very happy about not being able to use this product

Something interfered with the download.

That message is telling you that Windows does not recognize the file as a valid file.

More than likely you or your server have a firewall installed that screwed up the download. Delete the file you received, shut off any firewalls you have installed and download the file again.

Thanks for the info. I got the right file now, and have it up and running.

Glad to help.

Hope you learned that problems are not always the fault of the program, or the vendor
