MP3 support

I just downloaded Songverter. I believe I have a problem downloading "lame_enc.dll". I am confused as to unzipping "lame_enc.zip" and extracting "lame_enc.dll" to My "C:\Windows\System32" directory. Frankly I don't know where the directory is and how to access it. I see MP3 listed in the drop down screen of the source format but it doesn't appear in the drop down of the target format.

You probably don't see the directory because it is hidden. Go to the Control Panel (Start/Settings/Control Panel) and find the control called Folder Options. Double Click it. Then open the "View" tab. The first several items down to "Hidden Files and Folders" should be checked. Next check the "Show Hidden Files and Folders." Then uncheck the next 2 items. The second will give you a warning message, so answer yes to it. Click OK at the bottom and you are set.
Then open Windows Explorer and find your C: drive, open the folder Windows or Winnt (could be either name) and look for a folder named System32. Open it and copy the Lame_enc.dll file into it.
