Unable to launch any of my MTU Products

Back in November I had a computer technition work on this computer where all my MTU products are located. He did some reformating from one drive to another and yesterday for the first time since I went to use my MTU products and they all react the same way when I go to launch any of them. I get a error message back reading "YOUR SERIAL NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER. PLEASE REINSTALL (KEYRITE, VOGONE, MICROSTUDIO, KHPRO) AND TRY AGAIN".

It seems that I was originally sent a link that downloaded the product on to my computer and I didn't install the programs with a CD Disc. When this is the case I usually save the programs in a special folder. When I went to look for an MTU product I found nothing. I have a PLEXWRITER CD disc which came with my CDG writer at the time when I purchased the programs and the hardare from you but I could not find a MTU disc.

Can you help?

Here is the FAQ on this. http://www.mtu.com/support/faq/faq-i...htm#SNMismatch

You will need to reinstall the software for it to work.
