Thumbs up

Great to hear another success story! I am using for the first time for venue tonight. With a combination of WMP and HOSTER I expect no problems at all. I'll let y'all know how it went. (I'm from Indiana, I ain't posta talk like dat)

When we get the ability to add WMA's to play play list and VCD's the possibilities we be endless. CAN'T WAIT!

Thumbs up Maiden Voyage

I'm back to report that my maiden voyage with Hoster was a graet success.

As far as Hoster and CD+G's goes, It was flawless. I still need to do some organizing of my CD's and WMP DJ files. I can't wait for WMA file integration into Hoster. Meanwhile I'm going to be converting all my WAV and MP3 files to WMA so that I'll be ready when that day comes.

Hoster IS the way to go.
(Coupled with Microstudio, KHP, Keyrite, Vogone, it can't be beat)

I have so much power over Karaoke now!

Wally

PS Love the new forum.

Thumbs up maiden Voyage

Glade to here it went well. i knew you would like it as did i. what a great thing we have discovered, this MTU and Hoster. some one else on the forum said they import their audio disc as CDG files. in micro studio then burn them to disc. then import them into hoster as kma. i tried it with a couple of my songs that i play a lot end of night songs ect. it works realy well. good luck Happy KJing. Cool

Bob,
I don't want to intergrate DJ stuff with CDG's because of songbooks. I don't use the built in songbook feature in HOSTER but, if I ever would have to or need someone else to do the songbook updating for me, I don't want DJ stuff to print with the Karaoke stuff.

I'll wait for MTU to come up with a separate numbering system for DJ stuff.
I also want the abilty to import 1 song at a time from HD or disc without having to burn to disc.

Wally
