Problem with other programs after Update

I just upgraded Microstudio to version 2.4 and now I'm not able to use Vogone, Karaoke Home Producer or Keyrite. I tried reinstalling the programs but that hasn't worked. Any suggestions for getting these programs back up and running? Thanks.

Try this...

1. Run Microstudio
2. Click the KHPro Tab (or Keyrite or Vogone)
3. Click the Help button in this page
4. Read the instructions what to do to get the KHPro program running from Microstudio.

Post back here if that works or does not work so we know this problem is closed.

Mark,
Do you mean you cannot get the other programs to run from the tabs in Microstudio, or you cannot get them to run at all?

If they will not run at all, make certain to completely uninstall them (KHP,Keyrite, and Vogone)through the control panel before attempting to re-install. After uninstalling them, shut the pc down for a few minutes to give the p.c. systems a chance to reset. Then start installing fresh.

No need to do this with Microstudio if it's up and running.

See if that does it.

George

Thanks for your assistance guys. As it turned out, when I thought I was re-installing the other programs, they weren't actually installing because I was inputting the wrong serial number. Once i figured that out the rest was easy. Thanks again for the quick responses.
