Trying To re-install Karaoke Suite
Had to reformat a computer drive, thus the need to re-install microstudio, K-Pro, Vogone, keyrite, etc. I'm installing from disc purchased from MTU, and using all the registration information that came with the disc. The problem is, is these code no longer seem to work for some reason. I've e-mailed MTU a couple of times over the last week and a half to support@mtu, but so far no response. The registration info I have is all I got. I don't know really what else to do. I hope posting the problem here will get a response. If anyone else has a suggestion I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

Can you tell me what the exact error message is? I will take a look at your records and see if I can see what it is. I will try to fix this.

The only thing that it shows that you have tried to Register is Micrsotudio, which it stated you were using your NEW EMAIL, which for these codes is incorrect. You must use your OLD Email. Also on your last try of Microstudio, you entered your Old serial number, only put the Upgrade Reg code in the Original RegCode location. Then try again it will then work correctly.
