drives and burners

i purchased a cdg certified burner from you that was rated by your site to copy cdg's and now that it is installed, and we have purchased the software and everything to run everything, the program wont detect my drives. so, did you sell me the wrong burner? and how do i fix this problem??? i dont have the product number on my order number, but what i bought is described as cdr-dvd burner, 18x IDE internal mount cdg certified. so why will it not work??? the whole reason i bought this is because your site said it would do cdg's.

In addition, if you just purchased Microstudio from MTU then chances are you need to download and install .NET FRAMEWORK from Microsoft to get the program to work properly.
