can´t open my microeditor

Hello!
My computer has crashed so a had do reinstall
win98.
Now i cant open the microeditor.
it´s just flash for a second and then return to windows.
Do i need som drivers for the crystalcard or ???
I only have one cd with microeditor 5.4.0.0 and micro cd
Please nead help.
I have a many productions on the disk
