This can occur if the Karaoke CDG or Audio CD disc that you are reading from is scratched. There are various methods that can remove some of the scratches to allow reading the disc without errors.
We recommend only using Mitsui CDR media for making Karaoke discs. They are made with a data-shield layer that gives extra protection against scratching. Click here for Mitsui CDR media distributor.
Slow down the reading speed as follows:
Go to the Microstudio Drives Menu at the display top
Click the Speed Selection
Change the Reading Drive speed to 1x for the most accurate copies
