Unhappy KproID won't accept my ship-to email address!!!

When I run the KproID to get the serial number for Kpro, it won't accept my ship-to email.

It recognizes my ethernet card, and I'm online (cable modem). And I KNOW I'm entering the correct ship-to email, but it keeps telling me to enter the correct one. This isn't fair, I printed out my invoice and I'm POSITIVE I'm entering the correct address.

Please help. This program is expensive, and I should be able to use it.

Unhappy Not a Tech Support Problem...

Joel,

I suggest that in addition to your post here, you send an
email directly to MTU explaining your predicament as this is not a tech support problem.

Evidently there seems to be something wrong between your email address and the one on record at MTU. Perhaps the only way to solve this it is by sending a copy of your invoice to MTU.

I am sure they can solve the problems real quick. Those guys and gals are on top of the ball.

Good luck

Jon
