Crash

I lost my hard drive and when replaced I can't install MicroStudio. It tells me I have a wrong registration number. I backed it up on CD and it says setup says 2609 and one says 2611. I have no idea of what version I have now.
I copied the registration number down but it doesn't work. HELP!

Put in a ticket in the Support Center to get your registration reset. Then you can re-install. I would use the latest one you have which is 2.611.

waiting for help

I put a "ticket" in for support about losing my hard drive and MicroStudio but haven't heard anything yet, this was on 10/10. I have the program backed up on CD as suggested but it won't reinstall. HELP!!! Not sure what "I would use the latest one you have which is 2.611" means in above reply as I only have the one.
