Unhappy Microstudio2.613 I don't get Custom Assembly Tab

Help! It worked get in demo. When I Import CD+G to hard drive and it shows they are all Imported I am supposed to select Custom Assembly Tab at the bottom of the page (box). I did that in the demo and it was perfect. But after installing the real McCoy of a version, I no longer get that option. I have read and reread the troubleshooting and manual and I must be really dumb because as far as I can tell it should work. I really need to get this program working so that I can protect my investment.

I appreciate any help or tips I can get.

Thanks

Bobbi

Are you sure you are running 2.613?

The Custom Assembly Tab and the Custom Assembly button at the bottom of the Import Tracks Tab, were renamed to Write Disc in 2.613.

Clicking the Write Disc button only adds the songs just imported to the Write Disc Tab. You would still need to click the Write Disc Tab to view it.

Post back here if this didn't answer your question.

If you don't see the Write Disc Tab, then go to your Store Account and download the Microstudio 2.613 code again as you may have received a damaged download over the Internet.

Thank you for your information. However it still did not solve the problem. The words do not show nor does it play the music. However on the demo it went very smoothly. I have the Plexwriter Premium and have used it before for graphics. It does still copy music so I don't think it is the burner drive.

I unistalled and reinstalled the download and even from the duplicate disc slot I am unable to get the graphics.

I am getting an error message: Error 'Write" Command failed on device 1:1:0
Read/Write error or bad medium detected (04h 00h 02h 03h 72h 01h) and took the steps it said to take and get the message again. Suggestions

Read this Thread and find Error #9. Do all the suggested things as these will improve your computer, and allows Microstudio to work correctly.

Bobcox's point is also valid. If you are trying to read a Mediacloq protected disc (it will have the word mediacloq stamped in the plastic around the inner hole), which Sound Choice used until they were told by Phillips they could not use this, Microstudio can't import these protected discs.
