Computer Crash
I had my computer crash and lost all programs including Microstudio 2.605.
Since I have bought a new computer. I was wondering what I need to do to get the said software replaced? Thanks |

If you printed your original emails, then all you need to do is go to your "Personal Download Link" and redownload the software and then install it. If you didn't keep the emails, then you will need to purchase the upgrades to replace them.

The only email I have record of is the original purchase receipt with the order number and details of my order.
If that is not enough, will you please direct me to the upgrade purchase I need to make? Thanks Todd |
