How can i export 24 bit SF files to another program? The "Save as WAV" do not work in my
24 bit Projects.

real time-

---Unfortunately, I think your only option is some sort of real time transfer, e.g.- playing out digitally to another computer or 24bit tape format a la DA78hr or DA45hr.

....There is talk in another thread of the Syntrillium people (Cool Edit) considering recognizing .SF as one of their file formats, which would also solve the problem. Maybe we should all try contacting them about this.

Actually, CoolEdit 2000 *does* import MTU 24-bit files. I use it all the time to make RealAudio and MP3 files. You have to specify what the data type is, but it *does* work.
