Please help! Hearing a BEEP

I tried removing the vocal from an MP3 and from one of my CD's using the trial version of Vogone. Almost no vocals were removed from the MP3 but the CD worked much better. The problem is that I hear a Beep every few seconds. Is this normal? Will the Beep be there with the finished product? Please advise, thanks.

The beep is to remind you that this is a demo version. And no the beep is not there in the full version, otherwise the program would be useless.

Using vogone on tracks directly from a cd will always work better than an average mp3. your succes with mp3's can sometimes have to do with how it was compressed - it's bitrate. A bitrate of 320 will work much better than one thats 96 or 128.
