Hoster Upgrade
If I am not using Vista, and not having any problems with 3.19, do I have to upgrade, should I upgrade. Please advise.

Though you may not have had problems with it yet, that doesn't mean it won't show up later, so the best bet is to go ahead and upgrade to 3.321 to be safe. Besides as Madjim said...its free!!

I would do the upgrade.
3.321 is a solid performer.
and i believe it is safe, to protect your files upgrade.
