Question Free download version will not work

I am wanting to purchase the Micrstudio software, but tried the free download and it would not let me copy Karaoke (CD+G), only Audio.
I have a Plextor 24/10/40A. It recognizes the burner as Karaoke YES.
Help!

What did it do? Did you have the CD+G or the Audio button selected in the Import Tracks tab?

This drive will work with the demo and the full program to correctly copy CD+G discs with lyrics/graphics.

When the CD+G tab was clicked, it didn't read the disc in the drive. It would only read the disc in the audio mode.

Did it give you an error message?

It should be working in the CD+G mode the same as it does under Audio. This just tells the drive which part of the disk to read from, the Audio or the Audio plus the Graphics data.

The only other thing that could happen is that your drive is having a problem reading the CD+G format off of the disk.

You may want to try another disk also.
