Unable to connect to Internet - Allow firewall access, check Internet speed
When I try to install the software for the first time, it says Unable to connect to the internet. My Internet connection is fine. Thereore I tried with different internet connection types on several PCs. It doesnt work.

Do you have a firewall box, or firewall software such as ZoneAlarm or BlackIce? If so, you will need to have them grant the MTU program access to the Internet. This is the usual cause of your reported problem.
Be aware that the computer you install on is the one the program will lock its security to. Only install on the computer you want to run the program on. |

Slow Internet connection can cause registration to fail
Another cause of not being able to register is a slow or intermittent Internet connection. If you see server time-outs, try again later when your Internet Service Provider and Internet connection are faster.
Sometimes you need to wait several hours and try again. |

I think the reason is firewall. Our Office Network & Internet is fully protected. |
