Hoster and Linux
Has anyone had any luck (or even tried) running Hoster in Linux?
I am thinking of getting out of the windows world and Hoster is the ONLY thing keeping me from that. Can Hoster be run under WINE? Thanks |

Re: Hoster and Linux
I can\'t answer your question but I agree with you about windows. Every time there improvements to computers to make them faster, windows eats up more resources and slows them back down. Plus more and more they are taking the control away from the users!

Re: Hoster and Linux
You could always run a dual boot and use Windows only when running Hoster. I have tried Linux before and I decided that ripping wise Linux leaves a lot to be desired. Plus my favorite renaming software that I use on every single download I buy happens to only run on Windows.

Re: Hoster and Linux
Hoster is to intertwined into the Windows Os/Coding so there is no way to make it run on any other platform, other than Windows at the time.
