Changing keys

Hi

I am trying to change a track by 1 key only but when I try to write file it says 'no change made, nothing to do!' I select a track that comes up as -1 before editing, so when I put it to 0 it is the key I need it in, but it won't have it. I have 'made a change' because I have moved it from -1 to 0!

Please advise what is wrong! It will let me do it on any other key except 0!!!!

Crazy as it sounds, -1 is where it comes up, but 0 is the music unchanged. To go up one step you have to 1.
